There are two ways to take part.
Face-to-face groups usually involve around eight people meeting at the Good News Community Centre, Hamilton.
Online groups run through Google Meet over seven weeks. Each week includes a facilitator-led session where members learn together, share experiences, and support one another. Between meetings, participants stay connected through daily accountability messages. The program also includes individual therapeutic check-ins to offer personalised guidance and deeper support throughout the recovery journey.
